When we dispatch an order we send you an email with the order’s shipping confirmation including its track and the link where to track it.

Please Note: We are shipping from different warehouses around the world. Each warehouse has a separate shipping cost. All orders are shipped out within 1-7 business days. Please accept our apologies for the shipping delay. My ordered is cancelled but I’ve sent the payment

In this case you should provide the Transaction ID (HASH). You can find it in your wallet by viewing the transaction in Block Explorer. It seems there is a difference in price and the system didn’t detect your payment.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will get an email confirmation that your order is completed, the mail will include the tracking number with the link to the tracking page. Also you can track your order by viewing your order in your account.

How do I change my shipping address?

Login to your account, find your order and if it wasn’t shipped yet when you can edit your shipping address. You can also contact us by opening a ticket and we will change the shipping address for you.
